Mr. Mark’s impressive educational background includes an Undergraduate Degree from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, and a Law Degree from S.U.N.Y. Buffalo, where he graduated with honors. He is an active member of the New York State and Orleans County Bar Associations, having served as President of the County Bar Association from 1979 to 1980. Additionally, Mr. Mark has contributed to various community organizations, such as the Orleans County Community Mental Health Services Planning Board, Village of Medina Cable Television Advisory Committee, Medina Memorial Health Care System, Orleans County Chamber of Commerce, and Medina Health Care Foundation.

As a former Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Washington, D.C., Mr. Lance J. Mark has received prestigious recognition for his service, including the Navy Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service and the General Dynamics Corporation Award for Outstanding Achievement in Navel R.O.T.C. Our esteemed attorney was also honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Orleans County Chamber of Commerce in 2021.
