A native of Ohio, Mr. Martin obtained his undergraduate degree at Ohio State University in 1969, whereupon he entered the Marine Corps and served as a pilot, flying OV-10 Broncos. He attended law school at the University of San Diego and has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1982. He is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Mr. Martin’s hobbies are travelling, reading and physical fitness.
