Mr. Stieper graduated from Lake Forest College with a B.A. (Class of 1986) and received his M.B.A. from Benedictine College and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (Class of 1990). Mr. Stieper is the co-author of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (“IICLE”) real estate litigation chapter entitled, “Defense of Mortgage Foreclosures.”
