She is SRTK’s President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Managing Shareholder of the Inland Empire office and has over twenty-six years of experience in defending employers and insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
Joanne M. Thomas is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law for over fourteen years since 2004. Based on her vast level of experience she is often called upon for seminars, training, panel discussions and for consultation on specific high exposure cases. She also acts as a specialized consultant in strategically managing her client’s overall workers’ compensation litigation program.
Joanne M. Thomas received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctorate from Whittier College of Law.
