Attorney Costas M. Eliades specializes exclusively in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice matters. He handles all types of personal injury cases representing individuals who have been seriously injured in accidents arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, work-related accidents, construction accidents, general negligence and other similar types of  legal matters. Mr. Eliades handles his cases from inception through trial giving personal attention to each and every client and each and every case to ensure that each client obtains the maximum recovery they are entitled to.   Throughout the litigation process, in taking a personal approach to each case, Mr. Eliades guides his clients through a very difficult and challenging time in their lives as they suffer from the physical, mental, and financial anguish and harm associated with the injuries and damages they sustained in the accident.

Before starting his own law practice in 2003, Attorney Eliades was an Insurance Defense Litigator at a couple of major Insurance Defense Litigation firms for over 6 years.

Mr. Eliades graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Political Science, History; 1988-1992, and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School; 1993-1996. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York Bar Association, the Queens Bar Association, and the Hellenic Lawyers Association.

He has also volunteered his time for many years at his local community of Saint Demetrios Cathedral of Astoria, New York, where he served as a member of the Parish Council for many years and as the Parish Council’s President from 2009 through 2011. In his limited spare time, aside from spending time with his wife, Maria, who is also an attorney in the real estate field and his daughter, Mr. Eliades is an avid sports enthusiast who still plays in various basketball recreational leagues and has coached youth basketball in the past for a number of years.

Mr. Eliades is trilingual speaking English, Greek, and Spanish.
