Franck & Associates, is a law firm based in Sacramento, California. Founder of the firm Herman Franck, Esq, is licensed to practice in the State of California. He does civil trials and appeals of business disputes, real estate issues, family law battles, and civil rights disputes. He handles projects involving China and  Asia.

The method of his success is his personality; he has a special skill to sweet talk confessions of wrong doing in front of a jury. The cases he is most proud of is the anti-trust case of Nicolosi v. FinishMaster and the class action case of Ferrari v. Mercedes Benz of USA.

Mr. Franck received his law degree from Georgetown University [Juris Doctor 1985] where he also received a Master of Arts in Economics [1985]. He received his B.A. (honors) from U.C. Berkeley in Political Economy (1981). He is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He was previously licensed as a foreign lawyer in Ukraine (1993-1996).

Mr. Franck is the author of 25 books and has written a script for a television series. Additionally, he has produced and hosted a radio show in Los Angeles California about mid life crisis for CBS and ABC radio in Los, Angeles, California.

Mr. Franck is married and have three children. He is most proud of the fact that his son  received a perfect score on the SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing.
