Galen F. Griepp, the managing partner of the law firm, was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1972, and has been Certified by the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, an elite designation awarded to fewer than 1/3 of 1% of all California lawyers. He concentrates his practice in estate planning for the “millionaire next door,” business owners, multiple generations of families, and non-traditional families. He also has expertise in tax-advantaged retirement plan distribution planning, having designed the IRA Specific Trust.
Mr. Griepp earned his baccalaureate degree from Claremont McKenna College, his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, and his Master’s Degree in Tax Law from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the California State Bar, a Founding Member of WealthCounsel, LLC, and a member of ProVisors. Mr. Griepp is a co-author of a best-selling consumer handbook on estate planning, “Looking Ahead With Living Trusts,” as well as numerous articles and educational materials. He is a Continuing Education provider for the Insurance Department of the State of California, and offers pro bono educational services for multiple civic, charitable and religious organizations.
