Prior to having his own law practice, Charles worked for a large regional firm in commercial litigation before he joined the San Diego firm Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat, known after 2005 as Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge LLP, where he practiced for 28 years until the firm disbanded into five separate law firms.
During the firm’s last 14 years, Charles served as its Managing Partner while maintaining a full time litigation practice. During his tenure, the firm was routinely awarded the highest accolades in San Diego including continuous recognition in U.S. News Best Law Firms and California Top Ranked Law Firms.
Charles T. Hoge has long-standing relationships with many clients, and is remembered for helping them understand and navigate the challenges of the litigation process.
