Trey Langston Dolezal is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1995 and litigates cases in many other states including Colorado, Idaho, California  and Washington, in State and Federal court. He has a wide range of experience with business and commercial litigation prevention, his client roster includes private corporations, builders, contractors and entrepreneurs. 

Mr. Dolezal served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, where he represented the Texas Department of Transportation in condemnation and tort matters from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Dolezal participated as lead counsel and second chair in numerous trials during his tenure with the Office of the Attorney General. In 1995, he entered private practice with Henslee, Fowler, Hepworth & Schwartz, where he became a partner in 1999. At the firm, Mr. Dolezal was lead counsel for several corporations and represented hundreds of clients in all areas of litigation for School Districts as well as an insurance defense. In 2002, he created his own firm and recently has created Dolezal & Associates Law.

Mr. Dolezal is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, and is a NFLPA Certified Player Agent. He is a member of the Travis County Bar Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association.
