Gordon B. Fillman founded the Fillman Law Offices in 1958, and currently is in practice with his son Steven B. Fillman. He practices primarily in the areas of wills, trusts, real estate, corporate and business law. Mr. Fillman established the law firm after he retired from active service as a Legal Officer in the United States Navy from 1953-1957. He served for more than 40 years as the counsel for Perennial Public Power and remains on many public boards and committees.

Mr. Fillman is a graduate from the University of Nebraska School of Law and is a member for several nonprofit boards, including the York Community Foundation, Epworth Village Foundation, Kilgore Memorial Library foundation, Greenwood Cemetery Association, Pearson Manor Board and is Past President of the York Rotary Club. He is recognized by the Perennial Public Power District with a special plaque.
