Daniel Hands founder and president of the law office, has been practicing law for over 33 years. His practice is devoted primarily to estate planning and related matters. His belief in the importance of proper estate planning for individuals is reflected in the generous amount of time Mr. Hands spends presenting educational seminars to the general public as well as to select groups of financial professionals. Mr. Hands is dedicated to ensuring that each of his clients is provided with a personalized estate plan that meets the specific needs of their family. Mr. Hands began his legal career in the interstate trucking industry. Over the years, he has developed a practice emphasizing estate planning, probate and tax reduction.
Mr. Hands received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, and his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law. He is a member of the Illinois State and DuPage County Bar.
In addition Mr. Hands, is also a co-author of Love, Money, Control: Reinventing Estate Planning.
Mr. Hands now widowed is the father of two daughters. Away from his busy practice, he participates in a local amateur acting club.
