Charles C. Bratton, is a founding member of Bratton Scott, LLC and practices in the areas of life care planning, elder law, estate planning and administration, tax planning and disability planning. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court, NJ, PA. Mr. Bratton is chair of the trust, estates and elder law division of the firm and counsels’ clients with regard to estate planning, asset preservation, and Medicaid qualification issues as well as advising professionals in these matters.

Mr. Bratton helps clients formulate effective estate planning strategies and put a plan in place when they do not have one. He also updates and revises existing estate plans for clients as needs and life situations change over time. Additionally he assists clients in planning for the future and implement their wishes by providing practical solutions for their healthcare, financial and estate affairs.

Mr. Bratton earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law, received his LL.M Degree from Western New England School of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs and is past Trustee and Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Camden County Bar Association.
