C. Todd Marks formed the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. By doing so he has establish goodwill that ultimately benefits his clients. He practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups.

In the meantime, C. Todd Marks remained active in local, state, and national political campaigns. His experience includes working as a Chief of Staff for a Cincinnati City Council member, White House Advance for President George W. Bush, and he operated the Election Day legal response team in Hillsborough County for the Republican Party of Florida.

His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law.

Mr. C. Todd Marks graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance, and  the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Virginia State bar Association, Federal Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation where he helps raise financial support for families in need due to a medical crisis or illness and has served on the Land Use Appeals Board in Hillsborough County and on the Board of Church at the Bay.
