The Law Offices of Aun and McKay, P.A. was founded in 2004 and is dedicated to helping those who have been injured due to the carelessness or negligence of another. They are experienced trial lawyers with over 30 years of combined experience. Andrew A. Aun is licensed to practice law in South Carolina since 1995 and the U.S. District: District of South Carolina in 1999. With the establishment Aun and McKay, P. Aun is involved and focused on the areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, automobile & trucking accidents, civil litigation, and worker’s compensation. Prior to law school, Mr. Aun worked with the South Carolina State Senate Majority Leader, serving as Administrative Assistant to the Senate Transportation Committee, and developed experience in legislative and regulatory affairs. He also worked with the Richland County Legislative Delegation and the United States Senate Commerce Committee, Consumer Affairs Subcommittee.
Mr. Aun is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, receiving his Juris Doctorate, with Honors: American Jurisprudence Award Criminal Trial Practice, and his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association, Lexington County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, and National Association of Plaintiff’s trucking lawyers
