Owen & Fazio P.C. was established to provide cost-effective legal representation and a special relationship with clients that cannot be found in large firms. Mr. Owen has comprehensive litigation experience in the following areas of law: insurance litigation, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and non-subscriber defense. He also has extensive trial experience, as evident by his participation in approximately 60 Civil Trials.
John R. Owen was born in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Owen received his undergraduate education at the University of Alberta, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. Mr. Owen attended law school at Oklahoma City University where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1985. While at Oklahoma City University, Mr. Owen was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity.
Mr. Owen is a member of the Dallas, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, The State Bar of Texas, The Texas Association of Defense Counsel and Defense Research Institute.
