Jeremy Alberts is licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2010, the United State District Court, the Northern, Central, Southern District of California and the Orange County Bar Association. He handles civil litigation matters in a wide variety of practice areas including business and real estate law, as well as family law and criminal defense.  As the firm’s managing attorney, Mr. Alberts acts as liaison between his clients and their assigned staff.  He prides himself on providing his clients with a personal connection, and understands that each client has a unique situation that needs personalized attention, an aspect often overlooked at more traditional law firms.

Mr. Alberts is a graduate of the University of North Texas (B.S. in Emergency Administration, 2005).  While attending UNT Mr. Alberts was tasked with re-drafting and compliance control of the University’s entire emergency action plan, correlating with state and federal agencies.  Thereafter, Mr. Alberts obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2009.  While attending law school Mr. Alberts participated and became a semi-finalist in the Universities 2008 Moot Court Honors program.
