He has served as a Judge Pro Tem  and  drafted civil jury instructions for the State of Pennylvania. He also arbitrated or mediated hundreds of settlements throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Mr. Griffith is proud to have won 23 pattern infringement cases in a row, recovering millions of dollars for his clients.

In 2015, Mr. Griffith has announced the formation of the Griffith Dispute Resolution Center. The Blue Bell, PA-based center will provide mediation, binding and non-binding arbitration services to corporations, insurance companies and other organizations.

His goal is to provide dispute resolution alternatives that allow all parties to maintain control over spiraling costs — and to do so in a fair and just manner.The center will focus on matters involving product liability, patent litigation, insurance coverage, class action lawsuits, professional negligence as well as other type of complex commercial litigation.
