In 2018, Mr. Bach was again recognized by Best Lawyers in America(c) as the New York City Lawyer of the Year in the area of Medical Malpractice – Defense.

Mr. Bach has also defended large pharmaceutical companies in products liability cases involving prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications including contact lens solutions, blood products, cholesterol medications, and medical devices.

Before joining HPM&B, Mr. Bach served for four years an assistant district attorney in the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County, New York.

Mr. Bach is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University: J.D., and St. John’s University, receiving his Bachelor of Arts : Magna Cum Laude.
