Dr. Charles E. Rawlings attended Duke University School of Medicine where he became a distinguished neurosurgeon. After practicing neurosurgery, he attended Wake Forest University School of Law where he was named a Juris Doctorate in 2002. He is a member of numerous professional affiliations.
Dr. Rawlings was honored with a certification as a specialist in medical negligence by the American Board of Professional liability attorneys in 2011. This is an honor only 167 lawyer’s hold in the United States, and the first in North Carolina.
