Attorney Nardo has represented many plaintiffs and obtained millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts, and awards. As a result of his success, Mr. Nardo has been retained by employers, insurance companies, and municipalities to represent their interests in jury trials, arbitrations, and disciplinary hearings. He has also been retained as an expert witness to testify about Employment Law. Mr. Nardo represents employees and employers for claims involving overtime pay, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims, and nearly all other employment claims. He is on the faculties, and frequently lectures for, the National Business Institute (NBI) and the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education (NACLE). He is also on the NYU Labor Center Advisory Board and has lectured for the Federal Judicial Conference. Mr. Nardo practices extensively in Federal Court, New York State Court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR).
Mr. Nardo received his BA from the College of William & Mary in 1987 and his JD from the New York University School of Law in 1990. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He has published many publications about employment discrimination and civil rights.
