Mr. Steadman is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law, Juris Doctorate cum laude – 2007, with an emphasis in Business Law. Mr. Steadman also obtained an undergraduate degree at the University of Utah, Bachelor of Arts in 2003, Majoring in Political Science, and a Minor in Business. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, Member, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Nevada, Member, Probate and Trust Section. He is recognized by Superlawyers, Mountain State (2018).

Mr. Steadman is a regular speaker and teaches complex trusts and estate matters. He is also a published author on complex trust and estate matters.
