Mr. Lewis is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles receiving his J.D. and B.S. degrees. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Member, Commercial Law Section), the Thousand Oaks Planning Committee 1980-1989, Founder and Chairman of the Board, California Oaks State Bank (1998-2010), Former Chairman of  the Board, Alliance for the Arts.
