Attorney Garnholz has been admitted to the practice law in the State of Missouri since 1980, having more than 30 years of legal experience as well as expertise as a litigator, mediator and collaborative professional. She specializes in a variety of family law practice areas including divorce, adoption, child custody, support and visitation, alimony, collaborative practice, domestic violence, mediation, paternity, and relocation. Her practice is also focused on probate matters including decedents’ estates, guardianship, and conservatorship, as well as drafting of wills, trusts and durable powers. Additionally, she serves as a Court Advocate and Special Prosecuting Attorney in Domestic Violence matters in St. Louis County Family Court, and for about 20 years of her practice, she has served as a part-time judge.

She is an active member of the Missouri Bar Association – Probate and Trust Law Committee and Family Law Section, the St. Louis County Bar Association, the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) as well as the Collaborative Family Law Association (CFLA) where she is a founding and former board member.
