The office of Kirk & Williams, Attorneys at Law, is based in Midland, Texas. The firm’s founding attorney is Carol Kirk who founded the office in 1984. Attorney Paul K. Williams, a native of San Antonio, earned his BA of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M in College Station, Texas and later received his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law. In 1981, he was a city attorney for Midland, Texas. Mr. Williams later moved on to become a county attorney and in 1988 he joined Carol in their practice.
Paul has practiced law in Midland for almost thirty five years. He has helped thousands of clients with all their legal needs including family, criminal and appellate matters. He is is licensed to practice in Texas appellate courts including the Supreme Court of Texas and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Paul is also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit which handles all appeals from Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Paul has argued dozens of appeals for clients in both State and Federal courts of appeals.
