Upon graduating from law school in 1990, Marc E. Bengualid worked as an associate at Bower & Gardner, specializing in negligence and medical malpractice defense and in special litigation representing domestic and foreign corporations and conducted trials. In 1994, he joined Dienst & Serrins, LLP as a trial associate working initially on defense negligence matters and then on plaintiff’s medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
In 1996, Marc left to start his own law firm as a trial attorney in areas of medical malpractice, hospital negligence, personal injury, automobile crashes, slip and falls, construction accidents, premises liability, dog bite cases, dram shop liability, police brutality and violation of civil rights, wrongful death actions, nursing home negligence, pharmacy negligence and legal malpractice and has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. In addition to trial work, his firm specializes in contract disputes, employment discrimination, commercial litigation, real estate closing and litigation, construction litigation, leasing and evictions.
Marc Bengualid practices law in the State of New York and New Jersey, is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association and is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations.
