Bethesda, MD/Press/December 28, 2020 – Mr. Francis Koh, Attorney and founder of the Koh law Firm, LLC, was selected into the Top Attorneys of North America 2020-2021 edition by The Who’s Who Directories.

Attorney Francis Koh specializes in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, corporate law, and asset protection. He is licensed to practice in MD, DC, and VA and is admitted to the State Supreme Courts of Maryland and Virginia, the Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Practicing law for 15 years, Francis Koh has both experience and energy to assist clients in reaching their goals. His science and art background gives him creative insight to complex and difficult matters. He graduated from Cornell University with a BFA and subsequently obtained an MS in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Koh then graduated cum laude from Catholic University Law School and clerked for the Honorable Frederick Weisberg at the DC Superior Court on the accelerated felony trial calendar.

Soon after his clerkship, Mr. Koh successfully litigated a patent infringement suit in the U.S. District Court of Virginia, Eastern District of Virginia, and in the U.S. District Court of California, matching the wit and fire power of one of the most prestigious international law firms. While litigating the patent suit in 2003, Mr. Koh established Koh Law Firm, LLC, which represents individuals and local businesses.
