He graduated from Cornell University with a BFA and subsequently obtained an MS in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Koh then graduated cum laude from Catholic University Law School and clerked for the Honorable Frederick Weisberg at the DC Superior Court on the accelerated felony trial calendar.
Soon after his clerkship, Mr. Koh successfully litigated a patent infringement suit in the U.S. District Court of Virginia, Eastern District of Virginia, and in the U.S. District Court of California, matching the wit and fire power of one of the most prestigious international law firms. While litigating the patent suit in 2003, Mr. Koh established Koh Law Firm, LLC, which represents individuals and local businesses.
