Vargas became licensed to practice law in the state of California in 1987.  Mr. Vargas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 1982; and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in California in 1986.  He began his career by handling litigation and trial work for a prestigious defense firm in Los Angeles where he defended clients in all types of negligence claims; and founded his law firm championing the rights of injured victims in 1995.
