Memphis, TN/WW Press/July 22, 2019– John E. Dunlap, Founder and Attorney of John Dunlap, P.C. was selected as a President’s Circle Member into the Top Attorneys of North America 2019-2020 edition by The Who’s Who Directories.
John E. Dunlap graduated form the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis College Law in 1988. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, NOSCCR as well as the Shelby County and Sumner County Bars. Dunlap has authored numerous articles on bankruptcy law, Social Security Disability and Federal and State Rules of Evidence.
Attorney Dunlap has been licensed in the state of Tennessee since October 1988. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Middle and Western Federal District of Tennessee as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the United States Supreme Court. He provides legal services to bankruptcy clients, Social Security disability clients, long term disability insurance clients and personal injury clients. Dunlap is on the faculty of the National Business Institute which teaches continuing legal education for lawyers. He has also taught classes for M. Lee Smith Publishers and SES.
