Gary Mitchel Gash is a distinguished litigator and trial attorney. He is the Founder of Gash & Associates. Since his admission to the bars of New York and New Jersey in 1983, Mr. Gash has limited his practice to general litigation, including personal injury, commercial, and matrimonial and family law matters. In the area of personal injury litigation, Mr. Gash is fortunate to have achieved many multi million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients . As the Managing Partner of the Firm, he personally oversees all of the cases that come to trial.
Mr. Gash is admitted to practice before the Courts of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Gash is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he received his B.A. magna cum laude in 1979. In 1982 he graduated with honors from Pace University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the White Plains Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Gash has been a member and participated in the intensive trial advocacy programs, with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Jerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College, Keenan Ball Trial College and the New Jersey State Trial Lawyers Association. He is also recognized in Who’s Who, 2008-2009.
