St Paul, MN/WW Press/October 13, 2017– Carl D. Schway, of Schway Law Firm was selected for inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America 2017-18 edition by Who’s Who Directories.
Attorney Carl D. Schway has been practicing law since 1971. He is admitted to practice by the Minnesota State Bar. His practice areas include personal injury, probate and real estate. Mr. Schway is instrumental in changing laws in the Supreme Court for hit and run cases. The legislature changed the law after he brought the issue before the Minnesota Supreme Court. The case worked out in his favor, previously there had to be contact with hit and run cases, Mr. Schway changed it to no contact. He has been involved in precedent setting cases.
Mr. Schway received his B.A. and his LL.B from the University of Minnesota. He is recognized by Martindale- Hubbell for High Ethical Standing, Peer rated for High professional Achievement, 2017.
Mr. Schway is married to Faith Schway and have two sons Scott and Brian, a daughter-in law, Marcy and a granddaughter, Brielle.
