With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. David Maran has been admitted to practice by the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District of New Jersey. The firm Maran & Maran was formed in 1986 and consisted of David and his dad Joe Maran a seasoned and acclaimed personal injury trial lawyer.

David had the privilege to train under and work with his dad for 22 years at the firm until his father retired. Joe Maran has since passed away. His father founded the firm with a strong tradition of service to the community of New Jersey and David and his staff work diligently and in a professional manner to get the results their clients deserve. David continues to maintain the personal injury and malpractice specialty and his commitment to helping one clients at a time from retention to resolution.

Mr. David Maran received his B.S. Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Chemistry, he attended Union College, Schenectady, New York, 1980, and received his J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence from New York Law School, New York, New York, 1984. Mr. Maran has an AV Rating awarded through Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review process, he is an Eagle Scout and a retired Cubmaster and Scoutmaster, a Life Member of National Registry of Who’s Who, Professional Associations and Memberships: Essex County Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice.
