Mr. Farrell received his B.A. from St. Bonaventure University in 1972, and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1975. He has been a member of the firm since first being admitted to the New York State Bar and Northern District of New York. He is also a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. In 2013, attorney Farrell was named Man of the Year by the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center for his many years of volunteer service to the Greater Baldwinsville Community and he received a grant for the first senior citizen recreation outside a major state.
