Cashton L. Sessler is a trial attorney with over thirty years of experience. His firm The Sessler Firm represents folks who are injured, those who are charged with crimes, those from whom the government is seeking to forfeit property, and professionals who need to defend their professional licenses.
Cash began his career in a small personal-injury firm in 1986. After leaving private practice to gain trial experience as a Whatcom County Deputy Prosecutor, and a short stint as an insurance defense lawyer, he formed the law firm Cashton L. Sessler, P.S. in 1991. The firm was recently renamed The Sessler Firm. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar; United States District Court, Western Washington; and United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Cashton L. Sessler has dedicated his career to representing individuals who need help defending themselves in the criminal courts, including felonies and misdemeanors, from professional misconduct claims and forfeiture attempts by the government, and individuals who are injured through no fault of their own and need help recovering their medical expenses, wage loss, and pain and suffering. His experience working both sides of the issues helps him better understand the strengths and weaknesses of each client’s case in criminal cases, professional misconduct claims, forfeiture claims, and personal injury cases.
As a criminal defense attorney and defending forfeiture claims, Cash knows from experience that prosecutors respect attorneys who prepare each case as if it is going to trial, so that is how he approaches each case. Cash has personally and successfully represented hundreds of individuals charged with a variety of crimes across Washington over the last two decades.
When defending an individual’s professional license, Cash will take the time to document and prepare the defense. He has represented professionals including: doctors, veterinarians, dentists, cosmetologists, and real estate agents. As a personal-injury attorney, Cash knows that attention to detail often means the difference between a fair settlement and an unjust one. He thoroughly investigates each case and he takes time to prepare each client for every step of the process.
Whether you were wrongfully injured or you are accused of wrongdoing, you want Cash’s dedication and experience on your side. Don’t go it alone! Cash has your back.
