Ms. Harmon, has been practicing law since 2010. Ms. Harmon graduated with distinction from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, J.D., Concentration in Tax Law, 2010 Santa Clara University, B.S., Political Science with Pre-Law Emphasis and an Italian Minor, 2006. Additionally, she is currently obtaining her E-LL.M in taxation from New York University, with a graduation date of 2019. She is a member of the Taxation Section and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar; a member of the Tax Section and Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association; Board Member at Large for the SCBA Barrister’s Club of Sacramento: a member of the Anthony M.
