Top Attorney – Lynne Gold-Bikin

Norristown, PA WW/Press/June 28, 2017– Lynne Z. Gold-Bikin (Deceased), Renowned Family Law Attorney with Weber Gallagher was selected for inclusion in the forthcoming Top Attorneys of North America 2017 edition of The Who’s Who Directories.

The Gallagher Weber law firm has more than 110 attorneys with an office in Norristown, Pennsylvania which opened in 2009 and conveniently serves clients in a wide range of family legal matters including divorce, support, custody and protection from abuse. Representing the Mid-Atlantic United States, they provide legal counseling to local, national and international businesses, financial institutions and insurance companies, and provide services for business, employers and individuals in multiple areas of law.

Lynne Gold-Bikin was a nationally renowned family law attorney, who has offered her expertise at major networks and has been quoted in prominent publications appearing in newspapers and magazines discussing domestic issues. An accomplished author of  many books, she wrote the successful book called “Divorce Practice Handbook” in 1994, a guide to divorce practice it covers jurisdictional issues, clients interviews, discovery, trial preparation, negotiation tactics, support issues (spousal and child), visitation, property division (including tax considerations), and ethical concerns. It also contains many useful forms, checklists and practice aids, including a model clients information manual that provide an efficient way to set up and organize a divorce practice.

Lynne received her B.A. from Albright College and J.D., at Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Gold-Bikin was  on the Board of Directors, and was an Assistant Secretary for the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, Board Member, Philadelphia Education Fund, Member, Upper Merion Zoning Hearing Board, Member – PBA Commission. She was also a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Woman Lawyers, 2015-2016 Co-Chair, PBA Women in the Profession Mentoring Committee, Fellow, ALI/ABA, Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Diplomate, American College of Matrimonial Trial Lawyers, State Advisory Committee on Domestic Relations Law, President’s Council, Albright College and Standing committee Member – ABA Child Support Project Committee.

As a veteran practitioner, Lynne taught at the Houston Family Law Trial Institute in South Texas College of Law and gave seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Lynne also taught Sociology and the Courts at Rosemont College. She has received many awards and honors that include 50 Best Business Women in Pennsylvania, KYW Women of Achievement Award and the Pennsylvania Honor Roll of Women Award. In 2014, Lynne received the Eric Turner Memorial Award from the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in honor of her 40 years of exceptional work and her teaching others in the field. Lynne received an honorary Doctorate of Laws from Albright College. In 2016, she was named in Best Lawyers for Family Law.  Lynne has been recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine for family law from in 2017.

Lynne has four children.
