Attorney Pelosky graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1996, and passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam on his first attempt in 1996. He has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, and in Federal Courts, since 1996 where he still now remains as always in good standing. Attorney Pelosky is a 1987 graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Thought and Political Economy (STPEC).
Attorney Pelosky has great depth in the practice of international law. In Togo, West Africa, Mark successfully served in the U.S. Peace Corps (1988- 1990). He then lived and worked in Cambodia for the United Nations (1993), and also in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the United Nations in 1996. Attorney Pelosky then worked in Yugoslavia (1998), Kosovo (2000 and 2001), Montenegro (2002), Belarus (2004), and Kazakhstan (2005) for the United Nations and for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
For private clients, Attorney Pelosky has worked in the United Arab Emirates (2002), in Kuwait (2002), in Egypt and in Morocco (2003), and in Saudi Arabia (2003). He then also worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo for The Carter Center, President Carter, in 2006. Attorney Pelosky has also worked in Lebanon and in Portugal for private clients (2008), and also in Qatar (2013). In 2016, Attorney Pelosky motorcycled all the way across South America from Brazil through Argentina, Chile, and Bolivia to Peru (look at a map!!).
