Julie M. Frances has been practicing for fourteen years in the areas of personal injury, matrimonial and family law, trusts, and estates and real estate. She is admitted to practice in Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Department of New York State.
Julie studied at Oxford University, Oxford, England and earned a B.A. in 2000 from SUNY Albany, Honors Program in History, cum laude. She received her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2006 where she served as Co-Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus and Vice President of the International Law Society.
She is a member of the New York Bar Association and the Saratoga and Washington County Bar Associations. Julie is past president of the Adirondack Women’s Bar Association and current member of the New York State Bar Association’s Trial Lawyers and Family Law Sections.
Julie is the Recipient of 2004 Zelda M. Uthe Law Award for essay written on Women and the Law, Executive Mansion, Albany, NY, and Distinguished as a Top Attorney of North America since 2017.
