Mr. Eckert successfully argued an annexation case important to all Texas cities in the Supreme Court of Texas styled City of Rockwall, Texas v. Vester T. Hughes, as Sole Independent Executor of the Estate of W. W. Caruth, Jr.
Attorney Eckert is a member of the International Municipal Lawyers Association and the Texas City Attorneys Association. He is a graduate of the University of Texas. J.D.
