I always found the law to be a very intriguing profession and my father was a very compassionate, well-respected attorney. Money was never the primary goal. It was justice and that led me to law school.
After earning his Juris Doctor, Craig R. Mitnick joined the public sector, working as an Assistant Prosecutor in two separate counties in the state of New Jersey. During that period, he also acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies, experiences which allowed Mr. Mitnick to hone his skills as he prepared to open his own practice.

I’ve been concentrating on a very large class action for the last five years involving the NFL and concussions, so I am following head injury development. I would like to continue to help as many retired NFL players as I can through my representation of them in the concussion litigation.
Beyond his work in personal injury law, Craig R. Mitnick has also developed an interest in privacy violations. He believes our rights to privacy are being eroded given the exponential use of technology and the lagging restrictions.
