Mr. Kansky also won over $21 million for harassments , PTSD and disability. He is the co-founder of the National CFIDS Foundation, a nationwide charity to research and treat rare medical disorders. He founded the organization and knows first hand the effects the disorder can have on a person, his daughter has CFIDS. The Foundation continues to make great strides finding a genetic marker that will allow further testing for the chronic fatigue disorder Bernard received his J.D. from Boston University Law School and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
