Top Attorney – Arnold Y. Kapiloff
Neptune Beach, FL WW/Press/December 29, 2016 –Arnold Y. Kapiloff, Attorney with Kapiloff Law, was selected for inclusion in the forthcoming Top Attorneys of North America 2017 edition. 
The accomplishments and achievement attained by Mr. Arnold Kapiloff, in the field of Legal Services, warrants inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America. Arnold Kapiloff concentrates his practice in civil and criminal matters of federal, state, and local taxation, including planning and the handling of tax controversies before judicial and administrative tribunals. He has published articles on taxation and lectured frequently on tax matters before bar association groups and other professional continuing education programs. Mr. Kapiloff has been an adjunct lecturer at Pace University and Bernard M. Baruch College in their respective graduate accounting and tax program. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Tax Section Executive Committee and a former Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association Tax Section Committee on Compliance, Practice, and Procedure. Mr. Kapiloff has represented a limousine car company (“black car industry”) in federal court and successfully argued that the drivers were independent contractors and not employees. He also represented various officers and key employees of companies before New York State and successfully argued that such persons were not responsible or liable for payroll or sales taxes. Arnold received his B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School. He is a member of the Florida State Bar Association, Connecticut State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
