Robert Hinsley has forty-nine years of experience in trial litigation and consumer law, focusing on representing individuals in disputing their credit card debt, without bankruptcy or consolidation. He is a speaker at numerous charitable and volunteer organizations in Houston and a Chairman of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee 4-A, Juvenile Delinquency Committee, Membership Committee, Law Office Economics Committee, and the Houston Lawyer Referral Service. While Chairman of the Juvenile Delinquency Committee of the Houston Bar Association, his Committee won the American Bar Association’s prestigious “Best Committee in the U.S.” Award. He was also awarded title of “Special Commissioner” to oversee condemnation suits, and recently appointed to Commissioner of County Court 3.
