He represents clients primarily in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is the only Certified Elder Law Attorney practicing in Providence County and has received the 2011 Hero Award from the Rhode Island Alliance for Better Long-Term Care for “unselfish dedication and service to protecting elder rights.” R.J. received his B.A. from Providence College and his J.D. from Quinnipiac Law School.
