Before becoming an attorney, he worked in University Administration for thirty years and is a retired Major General in the U.S. Army. Mr. Montgomery received his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and his Ph.D. from Columbia University. He is a member of the Montgomery-Radford Bar Association and the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
