Arthur Gutman is a co-founder of Gutman Weiss, P.C. and is the head of the firm’s real estate practice. He prides himself in seeing the big picture and making decisions that are best for his clients.
Mr. Gutman is responsible for overseeing and handling all aspects of the firm’s real estate practice, and has a strong background in most areas of commercial real estate law, including purchase and sale transactions (industrial, retail, office, multi family, houses, condo and coops), development projects, leasing, real estate financing, foreclosures and workouts, issues affecting not-for-profit institutions, and real estate partnerships and joint ventures.
Arthur has represented numerous not for profit organizations in their legal needs. Mr. Gutman is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts. Arthur received his J.D. from Touro Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
