Thayne Cullimore has been working in the legal industry aiding landlords for twenty years. He is licensed in Utah and Arizona. Mr. Cullimore has represented landlords and Homeowners Associations in Utah, and when his practiced moved to Arizona, he primarily focused on representing landlords in all aspects, including evictions, collections, fair housing, and related areas. Mr. Cullimore has been personally involved in changing laws to better benefit his clients. He has been active in the legislative process for many years, monitoring potentially harmful legislation and helping in drafting and working to pass positive legislation for his clients.
Mr. Cullimore received his Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah. He is a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association. Mr. Cullimore also serves on the Executive Committee for the Arizona Creditors Bar Association as well as the Legislative Committee for the Arizona Creditors Bar Association. Mr. Cullimore was a founding member of the Legal Advocacy Workgroup in Arizona.
Mr. Cullimore comes from a family of attorneys, with his Father and two of his brothers being involved in the practice of law. Mr. Cullimore has been married for 18 years to his beautiful wife. Together they have five children.
