Top Attorney – Peter P. Fenton

Peter Fenton has represented management in labor relations matters for thirty-six years, including unionized employers in labor negotiations and union organizing campaigns, as well as advising them on interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements . He appears on behalf of his clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and State Retirement/Disability Boards. In addition, Peter advises non-union clients on developing the best practices for maintaining a union free workplace. He has participated in hundreds of trials and arbitrations throughout his career. Mr. Fenton received his B.A. from Providence College, J.D. from Western New England College School of Law, and Certificate in Executive Development from Indiana University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
