Brian Prucker has been practicing for thirty-one years in civil litigation representing real people rather than corporations or insurance companies in the areas of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, uninsured motorist claims, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He has been practicing since 1985 in the area of workers’ compensation as lecturer, trial counsel, and appellate advocate. Brian received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and was a Clerk at the Office of United States Attorney and Office Connecticut Attorney General. Mr. Prucker is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Connecticut Bar Association, University of Connecticut School of Law Dean’s Council, and the CTLA Workers’ Compensation Committee, Associate Editor CTLA FORUM, lobbyist for Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Editor for the CTLA Legislative Brief, past member of the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executive, lecturer of CTLA Workers’ Compensation Committee, Former Selectman Town of Stafford, and Chairman of numerous community and civic affairs committees.
