Richard Myers is an experienced trial attorney who has served as lead counsel in dozens of criminal and civil jury trials and in over hundreds of hearings in numerous counties in Ohio for twenty-seven years. He was also an acting magistrate with the Medina Municipal Court from 1994-2000, and in 2001, his focus changed from litigation to proactive estate, Medicaid and VA planning. As an lead attorney in Medicaid Asset Preservation and Elderlaw Advisor, Mr. Myers conducts workshops and works directly with several senior care providers and fraternal organizations assisting families in the establishment of an estate plan that will maximize the protection of acquired wealth and maintaining the highest quality of life in their retirement. Richard received his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Ohio State Bar Association (Estate Planning Committee).
