Stephen Limmer has concentrated in municipal and real property law for more than forty years. He has served as Village Attorney for the Villages of Kings Point, and Roslyn Estates, which the firm represents as general counsel, and is counsel to the Water Authority of Great Neck North and various boards of appeals and planning boards. Over the years, he has served as special counsel to real estate developers and to other municipalities within and including, the County of Nassau and the Town of North Hempstead. Mr. Limmer also deals in commercial litigation, estate planning, and lease and contract work in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Stephen received his J.D. from St. John’s University and is a member of the New York State Municipal Law Committee.
